The Wintermoon Festival site is nestled next to the north-east edge of Eungella National Park, one of the largest rainforests in Queensland.

It is 70 kilometres north of Mackay and Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays are about 50 kilometres north.

Turn off the Bruce Highway at Calen and follow the signs for 11 kilometres to Wintermoon camp grounds.
