Prospective Performers

Thanks so much to all who have applied for the festival. We are now closing the gates, as the response has been overwhelming, in both numbers and the array of amazing talent from whom we have heard. Current applications will be finalised soon.

Applicants usually outnumber the time slots we have available, and that's even with three stages running all weekend. We always love to hear from you but please don’t be disappointed when we can’t feature you or your group.

For those who won’t be on the program, we hope you can join us anyway and share in the spirit of Wintermoon.

Remember, we have blackboard sessions running and you should be able to find a gap there if you are early enough.

Call for Volunteers

Of course, our festival wouldn’t survive without the enormous and tireless efforts from our volunteers. We treat our voluntary workers with the friendship, love and respect they deserve. They also attend the festival for free and this year they will be fed at a concessional rate.
